Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is POWERFUL SPRING LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong at Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The L. Plaza, 367 - 375 Queens Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

What we collect on this website

Information you send us. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you provide, plus the optional company and phone fields if you fill them in. We use this only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.

Technical information. Our web server records standard request logs: IP address, the page requested, the time, referrer and browser user-agent. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for, and this website does not need, payment details, government identifiers or any special-category personal data. Please do not send them through the contact form.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and does not embed third-party advertising trackers.

If we later add analytics or embedded media that sets cookies, this policy will be updated before that change goes live and, where consent is legally required, we will ask for it first.

Why we are allowed to process it

Where you contact us, we process your data to respond to a request you initiated and because we have a legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

Where we keep server logs, we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Enquiries submitted through this site are handled using our email provider, so messages are stored on that provider’s systems. Our website and databases run on hosting infrastructure operated by our providers. These vendors process data on our instructions only.

We disclose data to authorities only where a valid legal obligation requires it.

International transfers

Powerful Spring is based in Hong Kong and works with vendors that may process data in other countries. Where personal data moves outside Hong Kong, we rely on the vendor’s contractual data-protection commitments to keep the level of protection comparable.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, then deleted.

Server logs are kept short-term for security and diagnostics, and are overwritten in the normal course of operations.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from the address you contacted us with, or tell us enough for us to find the record. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority — in Hong Kong, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD).

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through powerfulspringlimited.com. Where one of our consumer properties is intended for a younger audience, that property applies the additional protections its platform and market require.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data and to our administrative systems is restricted to staff who need it, and protected by individual accounts.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data and creates a real risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described in the page itself rather than made silently.
